I first brought my two girls to the kids martial arts class at IMPACT in Marietta, Georgia. After watching them I decided that I wanted to start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu myself. I am loving it! The staff is wonderful! Very talented and skilled. They are very patient with beginners! I started this with the intention of getting in better shape, but I now realize the importance of such a practical and effective self-defense program!
